It Gets Better...

Here's a link to a video I found really wonderful that might be helpful, particularly to the younger members of the LGBT community, called "It Gets Better". I love this video because Dan Savage and his partner relate their personal stories of their struggles with bullying followed by a touching and inspiring account of how much their lives improved once they got out of high school where much bullying takes place. 

While this video on its own is quite wonderful, the viral storm that followed is nothing short of amazing so be sure to follow up on a few of the thousands of videos posted by people both famous and not.
